She helps forward-thinking companies build long-lasting relationships and go-to connections with customers by moving from transactional-based relationships to experience-focused relationships, increasing customer value and supporting sustained business growth. 

She also serves as an IBM Cognitive Commerce Futurist (2015 – current) offering thought leadership on the future of commerce from e-commerce to brick & mortar.
